The best websites do many things to benefit your business.

Of course you can only recognize the benefits your website is giving your business when you track and monitor the results. There are tools to help you monitor the number of new and returning visitors to you site, and track those who take the one action you wanted visitors to take (from the first June newsletter issue). This is one way to track the success of your website.

But let’s now turn to what your website CAN do for your physical therapy business.

Here are the benefits to you and your business:

1. Attract New Clients

When your website is effective it will attract and bring new clients into your business. It can in fact be a very easy, effective, and inexpensive way to market your practice and clinic. Refer back to some of the qualities I mentioned a few weeks ago in this newsletter.

Always remember to post client testimonials on your website. There is no stronger marketing approach then this; it is called the social proof principle.

2. Retain Existing Clients

One very sound way to continuously communicate with your clients is through your website. I am sure you understand that without regular communications with your existing and past clients, it is possible they will forget about you and choose another clinic the next time they need physical therapy services. In today’s fast paced world we, as business owners, all need to do all we can to “stay top of mind” with our clients. We can’t assume just because they used your services once, and were satisfied, that they will naturally think about you the next time they need help.
